Pioneer Village is a hidden treasure with a collection of permanent authentic structures which once existed in different areas of Osceola County. You can wander through time and experience history from an 1898 “Cracker house” to a 1900 general store. These structures were carefully relocated to its present location and preserved to show how life was lived before our modern time. This 160 acre parcel is comprised of pine flatwoods, wet and dry prairies, oak hammocks and hardwood wetlands and is home to several important species, such as American bald eagle, sandhill crane, swallow-tailed kite and Eastern bluebirds. Long before Pioneer Village was brought into the property this land was established in 1914 by Franklin Babb and family from Tennessee, the property served as a successful citrus grove and harvest operation and is visible at the site today. Hike the trails, appreciate the wildlife, and enjoy the history!

Very comfortable four bedroom. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well supplied. After a full day at the local parks, we really looked forward to the pool for a cool down and relax. It was a nice touch that the owner even called to make sure it met our needs.

The vacation rental home is well maintained, very obvious that the owner had an impecabble taste judging by the choices of furniture and finishings. It is situated in a location where it is very easy to drive to and from the theme parks, groceries and shopping. Gated community gives you sense of security.
The owner is very accomodating, and so is the property management. They came in mid week to clean the pool, very highly appreciated. Both owner and property management responds in a timely fashion to either calls or email, or both.
I would recommend this place to family of 8, you will enjoy the kitchen for family dinners, the pool to relax after a day of walking and the rooms to give you a good night sleep and be ready for the next day.
If you want to stay in a central location in Kissimmee, with access to all the restaurants, shopping etc..., this villa is well located. It's also easy to get to the parks and no more than 20mins to any of the parks we visited. Owner is European which is good when you too are from Europe.
Booking and Payment Receipts system worked well too. Any enquiries I had were dealt with promptly.
We stayed 6 adults and 1 child for two weeks. The house is tastefully furnished and has got everything you need, including a nice pool. Great location and close to Disney. It's the second time we've rented the house and we will definately go back
The villa was outstanding - everything we needed was not only there, but where you would expect to find it. It was tastefully decorated and gave us enough space to spread out. The kids loved the fact that we had our own pool and swam every day. It was nice to relax by the pool after a day at the parks. It seemed that everything was 10 or 15 minutes away so the location was also a positive. And then there were the little things done to make us feel welcome. If we find ourselves back in the Orlando area, we will first check to see if the villa is available.
We enjoyed 8 wonderful days at Villa Nirvana. We were an extended family, a groop of 8 people including teenagers and a baby.
All of us wish to emphasize that the time we spent at the villa was wonderful. Every thing in the villa is beautiful and of high standard.
The villa is new and located in a gated community that is away (but not far) from the main streets - a safe location for a family vacation specially with kids. The location is near the theme parks and all the attraction Orlando has to offer. There are plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket close by. Everything seems to be in the neighborhood.
The kitchen is well equipped to cook for a larger group, with plenty of room to eat.
The pool is excellent, very clean and big enough to fit few people without getting crowded.
In the main leaving room there is a 3D Flat screen TV, stereo system, blu-ray player and an XBox with Kinect. There are two more flat screens TV in the bedrooms.
The owner - Mr. Thor Berentsen is very nice and made sure our holiday will be perfect.

I had the missfortune to get ALS 12 years ago. Since than, my wife and me have travelled the world to get as much adventure as possible out of the life that may remaining. Villa Nirvana was well equipt for one like me, who is confined to a wheelchair and have loosed the ability to speak. When the owner of the house saw that I cold't use the pool, the next day a pool lift was installed. That is exellent service and care, and we are gratefull. We was staying 5 weeks in that nice house and location, and every day was a pleasure.
Of all the places we have been, this is ranking amongst the 3 top ten. (Thats include 11 cruises)
We hope that we can be back next year.
The house was in a gated community that is away from the main streets. It was very quiet and secluded from the traffic noises. The house was very beautiful and of high standard. Great location for a group of friends or a family. We had rented a car for our stay, so it was nice to have a garage to park it in. One thing we learned to love was the excellent air condition system! It had vents going to all the bedrooms. One night we had it turned off and it got really hot, really fast!
The kitchen is well equipped to cook for a larger group, with plenty of room to eat breakfast and dinners. For those nights when we did not want to cook ourselves, we simply got some takeout or went to one of the tons of restaurants close by. Everything seems to be right in the neighborhood.
A fully equipped entertainment system in the living room was also a joy! Also the computer with internet access was nice to have for sending pictures and checking email. Those few hours we stayed inside we had plenty of entertainment!
We spent most of our days at the pool when we were at the house. The pool was just excellent! Big enough to fit quite a few people without getting crowded. The screen mesh over and around it was really good to have in the evenings. Florida becomes bug-world after dark!
All in all it was a perfect place to come home to after a long day of doing the parks or seeing the sights! Highly recommended!
We found this home searching through trip advisor and decided to book it. Are we ever glad we did. We have been to WDW several times and always stayed on Disney property, but we never will again. This house has everything you need and want to enjoy your vacation and more...The house is new, clean, luxurious, amazing furnishings, very spacious and very close to WDW. Everything you need for a comfortable family vacation is in there. We really loved everything about it, the pool was the highlight for the family. We could leave the theme parks at lunch when the sun was burning and go home to relax and cool off in the pool. This house has an amazing huge Samsung 3D Flat screen TV, stereo system, blu-ray player and an XBox with Kinect plus two more flat screens in the other bedrooms. Thor, the owner is very nice and made sure our holiday was perfect! If you want to rent a luxury home close to WDW for your vacation, book Villa Nirvana! Do not hesitate, you'll be glad you did because it really is amazing!!!
